How to make delicious geprek chicken!

  • Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons

Chicken geprek chili sauce :

  • Cayenne: 10 pieces (to taste)

  • Shallots: 4 pieces

  • Garlic: 3 cloves

  • Tomatoes: 1 fruit

  • Salt to taste

  • Adequate sugar

How to make special chicken geprek :

  1. Steamed pieces of chicken with herbs prepared over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Lift and drain.

  2. Add eggs, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of flour to the bowl. Beat well.

  3. Add 3 tablespoons of flour, pepper, salt and baking powder into a flat plate, stirring evenly.

  4. Cover steamed chicken pieces with dried eggs and flour

  5. Fry the chicken into a lot of oil until it's yellow and crispy. Lift.

  6. Saute all the chili sauce on medium heat, wait until the aromatic aroma appears. Rub the spices and sprinkle salt and sugar.
