Recipe Mushroom Scrambled Eggs, Practical Dishes

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs

  • 100 grams of button mushrooms or oysters (cut into small pieces)

  • 1 stalk of chives (finely chopped)

  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

  • 3 red onion cloves (finely chopped)

  • Oil (to taste)

  • Flavoring (to taste)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper powder (to taste)

How to make :

  1. Beat the eggs in the bowl until they are well blended.

  2. Heat a little oil, saute the mushrooms until half done. Lift aside.

  3. Reheat a little oil, saute the garlic, onion and leeks until fragrant.

  4. Set aside the spices on the edge of the pan or Teflon, cook the scrambled eggs until half cooked.

  5. Stir with the onion spices.

  6. Add the mushrooms to the eggs, mix well.

  7. Add salt, flavoring and pepper powder to taste, then mix well.

  8. Correction of taste, cook until all ingredients are cooked, remove if cooked.
