How to Make Special Sweet Cheese Martabak


Leather Material:

  • Blue triangle stamp flour 500 g
  • 660 milli liter water
  • Then shake the eggs to 2 eggs
  • Margarine is melted in 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken eggs, shake off 2 eggs
  • Granulated sugar 125 g
  • Instant yeast ½ teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Vanilla powder / vanilla paste ¼ teaspoon
  • Refined salt ½ teaspoon

Ingredients for cheese flavor:

Cheddar cheese, grated 100 grams
60 milliliters of white sweetened condensed milk

How to make :

  • For the skin, mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Pour water little by little while continuing to stir until evenly mixed.
  • Mix the mixture with the mixer for 5 minutes. Let stand for 40 minutes.
  • Add baking powder, stir well.
  • Heat a sweet martabak pan or a thick, non-sticky flat pan that has been smeared with a little margarine.
  • Pour the mixture, spread it evenly.
  • Cook until bubbles form.
  • Cover and cook until done. Lift.
  • Brush the surface of the sweet martabak with margarine.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Fold it in half so that it is semicircular. Cool it down.
  • Cut the cake, arrange in a serving plate.
  • Ready to serve
