How to make :
- For the skin, mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, eggs, margarine and vanilla. Stir well.

- Add baking powder, stir well.
- Heat a sweet martabak pan or a thick, non-sticky flat pan that has been smeared with a little margarine.
- Pour the mixture, spread it evenly.
- Cook until bubbles form.
- Cover and cook until done. Lift.
- Brush the surface of the sweet martabak with margarine.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk.
