How to make Simple Batagor Recipe Without Fish

Ingredients :

100 grams of sago flour
100 grams of flour
5 white tofu, boiled with a little salt
Leeks to taste, thinly sliced

Softened seasoning :

2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon ebi
salt and pepper to taste

Peanut sauce :

100 grams of peanuts
3 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 red curly chilies
shrimp paste to taste
100 cc of water
brown sugar to taste

How to make :

  • Mix sago flour, flour, leeks and spices and water. Knead until smooth but not too strong so that the dough is not tough.
  • Cut the tofu into 2 parts, then take a little part of the middle until it has a hole. 3. Put a little mixture into the middle of the tofu, do it until the tofu runs out.
  • Take the remaining dough and then form an oval, do it until the dough runs out.
  • Fried tofu and batter that has been formed with a lot of oil so that it is submerged. Cook until browned.
  • To make peanut sauce, fry peanuts, onion, garlic, chili, and shrimp paste until the beans are ripe brown. Blend all the ingredients with a blender, not too smooth.
